What if I need to cancel?

Do I have to pay for the tour, when booking.
Please fill in the
enquiry form to check your date availability. Confirmation is given on
fully payment. |

Do I need to wear a helmet?
Yes, we also provide these free. |

Do you need reflective wear?
On the day tours it is up to you, but on
the night tours we ask that you do wear them for safety. |

Shoe Wear.
Please wear trainer for the tour ~ No Flip Flops |

Can I just turn up on the day and pay?
Not a good idea, as we operate
a number of tours, most of which sell out in advance. |

What happens if it rains?
We can provide you with ponchos.

How many people are there in a tour group?
At present, a maximum of 10. |

Do we stop to take pictures?
Yes, with an informed explanation of what
you are looking at as well. |

What time do I need to turn up?
About 15 minutes before the start of the
tour would be good idea, as we like to leave on time |

Are the electric bikes hard to ride?
No. In fact they are easier to
ride then a non electric bike. One of our many reasons for us using
them. |

Are children able to come along?
Only children, aged 14 and older will
be permitted on a London Electric Bike Tour |

Do you go on busy roads?
Sometimes, but they have clearly defined bike
lanes. With tours that include Trafalgar Square, we walk the bikes
across, utilising the public crossings. |

Do you see the same locations on the Harry Potter bike tour that you see
with LondonTaxiTour.Com No, as we do not go to Kings Cross or Grimmauld
Place. But we do see a couple of place that they do not. |

On the Harry Potter tour, has the guide read the books and seen the
films?
Yes, and if you have Gordon leading your tour,
you have the added bonus of someone who has been in the studios when
they were filming, as well as on location. |
