Dover Castle and the Battle of Britain Memorial are situated either side of Dover on each cliff top, so you can grab a great panoramic view of the English coastline. On a clear day you are able to see France from the top of the cliffs as well.

Then, as your ship leaves harbour you will be able to look back at the wonderful sites you have just visited.

Just outside Dover is a Battle of Britain Airbase. Part of the museums buildings date back to 1940 and bear the marks of war. Coming here you will see many relics which remain from the Battle of Britain.

For those of you that served here, it will be a trip down memory lane.

You can stop and have lunch at the pub filmed in the 'Battle of Britain'film.
