CHRIST CHURCH COLLEGE

Designed by Sir Christopher Wren and founded by Henry III in 1546.  Oxford Cathedral, which is the smallest in England, is also the college chapel.

Presently, famous for the Great Hall and hall stairs, which were in the Harry Potter film. Previously it had appeared in Alice wonderland story.

It is now open to the public and becoming the most visited attraction within Oxford.

BODLEIAN LIBRARY

Built in 1488 in an amazing English Gothic style with its complex vaulted ceiling is the home of Oxford research library within Divinity School.

Bodleian library is better known nowadays as the Great Library in the Harry Potter films.

SHELDONIAN THEATRE

Here you can see one of Sir Christopher Wren’s first masterpieces, built in 1669 to the design of a Roman theatre. He designed the theatre during his time as a professor at Oxford teaching astronomy.

Today it is used for concerts and ceremonies by Oxford University.
