LondonTaxiTour.Com products shall not be considered complete until
we have accepted your offer to purchase them. Our acceptance of your
offer to purchase is signified when we process your credit or debit
card. LondonTaxiTour.Com reserves the right to decline your order at
any time up until the moment we charge your credit or debit card.

Making a Purchase |

Making a
purchase with LondonTaxiTour.Com could not be easier. Just browse
our site, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them
into the shopping cart. After you have finished your election, click
on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to
be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payments. If you
are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit
card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not
charge for any item until it is ready to ship. All items include
postage and packing. Prices also include any UK taxes.

Cancellations
|

You have the right
to cancel 7 days from when you receive the goods, without giving any
reason.
You must return the goods at your own expense.
We will refund your money within 10 days minus shipping cost. |

Payment |

The following
methods of payment are excepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express. You may also send a cheque or international money
order, both must be in UK Pounds sterling. See Making a Purchase

Delivery |
|
All orders are
dealt with as soon as possible. Most orders are despatched within 24
hours. Delivery in the UK is about 3-5 days. Europe, 5-7 days.
Delivery to USA about 7-10 days. Australia allow 15 days. Please
note that this is subject to change in the holiday season. Christmas
season 2003. Last guaranteed deliveries for Christmas 2003. Order
before; UK- 21st December, Europe 10th December. Outside Europe, 6th
December. If for any reason the goods we deliver are not those
ordered or they are faulty they may be returned to us at the address
above within 7 days of receipt. We recommend getting proof of
postage. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or there
was an error on our part we will refund any postage charges. If the
goods are returned for any other reason you will be responsible for
the shipping costs and and the costs of any gift wrapping if
selected. We will issue a full refund within 10 working days. This
does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK and EU
law. |

Should you find a

can rectify the problem. If any item is defective, damaged in
transit or otherwise unacceptable then we will make every effort to
