The building today belongs to Coin Street Community Builders a local housing
co-op who has renovated the building and incorporated co-op apartments, along
with art and design craft workshops and shops selling gold and silver jewellery,
rugs, clothes.
On the top
floor there is a Harvey Nichols Restaurant, which is divided into brassiere,
bar, and restaurant. There is also a viewing gallery on the 8th floor, which is
open to the public and gives a great view over the City of London.
